Try our guinea fowl stuffed with orange, lemon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, raisins, pine nuts, parsley and lemon thyme. Simply cook it in a preheated oven at 170°C for 75 minutes per kg to bring all the goodness of a delicious main course to your table.

- Christmas filling: primosale cheese, artichokes, speck, lard, savoy cabbage, Parmesan cheese, chives, oil, salt and pepper.
- Montanaro stuffing: sausage, Parmesan cheese, chestnuts, prunes, onion, fresh breadcrumbs, eggs, thyme, marjoram, oil, salt
For perfect cooking, leave the guinea fowl out of the fridge for 1 hour before baking.
