Try our capon stuffed with primosale cheese, artichokes, speck, lard, savoy cabbage, Parmesan cheese, chives, oil, salt and pepper. Simply cook it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 60 minutes per kg to bring all the goodness of a sumptuous and spectacular main course to your table.
Would you like a different stuffing? Choose from one of the following and indicate your preferred stuffing in the notes at checkout:
- Citrus filling: orange, lemon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, raisins, pine nuts, parsley, lemon thyme.
- Montanaro stuffing: sausage, Parmesan cheese, chestnuts, prunes, onion, fresh breadcrumbs, eggs, thyme, marjoram, oil, salt.
For perfect cooking, leave the roll out of the fridge for 1 hour before baking.
