Milano Salami Le Selezioni P&V is produced according to the original Milanese recipe handed down through generations. After six months of maturation with natural fermentation, a ruby-red coloured salami characterised by a delicate flavour and firm consistency is obtained.

It is the perfect ingredient to fill sandwiches and focaccias in combination with fresh cheese spreads such as stracciatella or brie and emmenthal.
