Spadafora organic Don Pietro Bianco is a fresh and elegant Sicilian white wine; the grapes are Catarratto, Inzolia and Grillo, vinified at different times and whose wines are blended in November. It is a wine with a deep straw yellow colour with evident green reflections; a harmonious, fruity bouquet and a rich, savoury taste.
Grape variety: 53% Grillo, 47% Cataratto
Aging: Spontaneous fermentation from pied de cuve of Sicilian grapes in the absence of sulfur dioxide, at controlled temperature in concrete tanks.
Food pairings: fish dishes, sushi, white meats, soft cheeses
Harvest: August - September
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
