Bio Select Borlotti Beans come from organic farming in Piedmont and Veneto, regions where they grow healthy and luxuriant. The sowing takes place around the month of May and the harvest takes place after 70/90 days. The Borlotti plant prefers a warm temperate climate and good sun exposure. This exposure, in fact, promotes rapid drying of the soil in the event of prolonged rains, avoiding stagnation of water.
