Sarchio corn chips are an organic interpretation of the traditional tortilla chips recipe, using only sun-dried whole kernels of corn. The kernels are cooked, peeled, stretched into a thin sheet and cut into small, thin, crispy triangles. In addition, Sarchio uses only sunflower seed oil for cooking.
