Le Tamerici Figs mustard, made with organic black figs (fig Turco) grown in central Italy, is characterized by a very intense, herbaceous and rich flavor and a texture that makes it perfect for accompanying cheeses with a decidedly spicy note, such as Gorgonzola, Roquefort and Stilon, but also appreciable with cured meats, pates and liver terrines.
