Try our brociolettini della nonna stuffed with Parmesan cheese, parsley, raisins, pine nuts, fresh caciocavallo cheese, breadcrumbs and sun-dried tomatoes. Simply bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes per kg to bring all the goodness of a delicious main course to your table.
For perfect cooking, leave the brociolettini out of the fridge for 1 hour before baking.
