Culatello di zibello peeled is a traditional Emilian cured meat, made from selected pork and slowly aged in the cellars of Zibello. It features an intense aroma and a delicate, enveloping flavor with sweet and aromatic notes, presented without the outer casing for perfectly smooth slices. Ideal to enjoy on its own, on a charcuterie board, or as a refined ingredient in the kitchen.
