Juno Blanche craft beer is bottle-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized, our beer is made from the prized ancient Sicilian wheat “Perciasacchi” and enriched with the aromatic orange peels of Sicily. The result is a beer that enchants the senses with hints of citrus, floral notes of rose and geranium, fruity hints of peach and a spicy touch of coriander.
