Cerasuolo di Vittoria is Sicily's only DOCG, the highest level a wine can achieve in Italy. It is made from a blend of equal parts of eastern Sicily's two most important red grapes: Nero d'Avola and Frappato. This red wine combines structure and drinkability in a fascinating balance, capable of pairing with food with great versatility and elegance. A red wine to try with roasted red meats, baked blue fish, and aged cheeses.
