One of the highest interpretations of Sauvignon Blanc in the Loire, Domaine Tinel-Blondelet Pouilly Fumè takes its name “Fumè” precisely from the “smokiness” the wine can develop due to the minerality of the soil, which gives the wine a smoky or smoky feel. Refreshing citrus aromas are intertwined with floral notes of jasmine and slightly smoky, making for an aromatic, fascinating and layered bouquet. The palate has an enveloping minerality, fresh with an aftertaste of white peach nuances and a delicacy of herbs.
