A regional Catarratto with great personality from the hills of Virzì, near Palermo. Fresh, rich, and intense, Cataratto dei Principi di Spadafora is a versatile and convivial Sicilian white wine, an excellent interpretation of one of the island's most important native grape varieties, Cataratto. 

Alcohol content: 12.5%

Food pairings: Vegetable-based first courses, cold cuts, roasted white meats.
