Sarchio porridge is ideal for a delicious gluten-free breakfast that is full of fibre, delicious both hot or cold.
For hot preparation: pour a portion of porridge (45g) into a saucepan with 100ml water, milk or vegetable drink and cook for 2 minutes or until the desired consistency is reached.
For a cooler, summery porridge: soak a portion of porridge (45g) with water, milk or vegetable drink and leave in the fridge overnight.
