Grape Variety: Pinot Noir
A Sicilian Metodo Classico sparkling wine made entirely from Pinot Noir grapes, from the Marsala area. Dedicated to Josephine Despagne, a French noblewoman and wife of Carlo Pellegrino, who affectionately called all the winery’s collaborators “La Grande Famille.” Cantine Pellegrino’s first Metodo Classico sparkling wine is a blanc de noir of rare intensity and power, finishing with a pleasant, persistent saline note. A Sicilian bubble with great gastronomic potential.
