Le Selezioni P&V Black Olives with flower are part of the Sicilian tradition and are still prepared using recipes handed down through generations. The harvest time is the end of November when the olives are already completely black, then they are sprinkled with salt and dried.

You can find them together with other delicacies in the departments of Prezzemolo & Vitale.
