New Zealand Honey is harvested from the elegant white flowers of the Kamahi tree, a tree that grows throughout New Zealand. Light golden in colour and soft in texture, this sophisticated honey has an intense flavour with notes of sweet caramel that melt in the mouth. The honey variegation is combined with soft, creamy vanilla ice cream and is wrapped in a luscious milk chocolate coating. Caramelized and salted almonds are then added for an explosion of sweet and savoury.
