A blend of organically grown Inzolia and Chardonnay, this sparkling wine is creamy and intense in the glass, with a fine and elegant perlage. All the intensity of Sicily captured in a sparkling wine of great purity and charm, thanks to 24 months of aging on the lees and a meticulous grape selection in the vineyard.
