Zero Rosé by Milazzo winery, from the vineyards of Campobello di Mazara, is born from the sparkling vinification of an ancient Sicilian grape variety, Inzolia Rosa, together with Chardonnay. This Sicilian sparkling wine shows elegance in the glass starting from its color and its very fine perlage, and enchants on the palate thanks to its intensity and a pleasant, fresh persistence. A sparkling wine of great class, which pairs beautifully with raw seafood, shellfish, and the flavors of Asian cuisine.
