Le Selezioni P&V Tuscan Finocchiona is a soft-paste salami made only from pork, whose special feature is the addition of wild fennel, which gives it a unique flavour.

Finocchiona has been a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) product since April 2015 and traditionally it is served with typical Tuscan bread and a good glass of Chianti wine.

It is the perfect ingredient to fill sandwiches and focaccias in combination with cheeses such as pecorino cheese, accompanied by lightly salted bread.
