It is made only from fresh top-round cuts (never frozen), prepared according to an ancient recipe of pure salt, aromatic herbs, and spices, with zero added nitrites, zero nitrates, and no allergens.
Its long aging process and exclusive, meticulous production give it more flavor, aroma, and tenderness.
