Grape variety: Chardonnay, Ribolla Gialla, Picolit. 

An iconic white wine, one of the bottles that made the history of the Jermann winery and the whole Friuli region. A blend of native Friulian grape varieties vinified partly in steel and partly in wood, with a broad and varied flavour spectrum that combines freshness and body in a surprising white wine. 

Alcohol content: 13%
Food pairings: stewed white fish, pasta dishes, grilled vegetables, fresh cheeses.
