Grape variety: Pinot Grigio.

An excellent expression of Pinot Grigio from Friuli Venezia Giulia. A dry white wine, light but very expressive, ideal for accompanying both aperitifs and fish dishes. Inviting and defined on the nose, fresh and persistent on the palate with mineral and citrus notes. 

Alcohol content: 13% 
Food pairings: steamed fish, roasted white meats, vegetable-based first courses.
