Isola di Favignana Gin is a unique product that fully represents the produce of the Trapani island.
The gin comes from the infusion in alcohol of several botanicals: juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, lemon peel, olive leaves, and wild myrtle leaves, to which are added 6 botanicals indigenous to Favignana (helichrysum, Roman chamomile, wormwood, sweet mint, rosemary, and verbena).
In addition, notes of lemon and sweet mint lend freshness to the palate, while the sweetness of Roman chamomile balances the bitterish undertones of juniper and wormwood. Helichrysum and myrtle, on the other hand, bring structure to the recipe.
