Girlan Pinot Bianco, a white wine with a pale straw yellow colour with greenish highlights. If on the nose it gives delicate sensations of apple blossom, green apple, pear william and white peach, on the palate it is soft and velvety initially; however, the sip is held up by a good final acidity.
The grapes are grown in the "Girlan" subzone on the hills of Oltradige, at an elevation of 450 to 500 m above sea level in well-ventilated vineyards. The production soil is rich in minerals, formed from glacial-age sediments. Pinot Blanc gives compact clusters with small, greenish berries. It is the most widespread white grape variety in Cornaiano. Its delicate aroma with a light scent of apple blossoms and lively flavour make Pinot Bianco the ideal aperitif wine.
