Grape variety: Moscato. 

A sweet wine made from a base of dried Moscato grapes, to which alcohol and Ocra aromas from the Firriato cellars are added. It is therefore a wine of great balance, sweet but never cloying, delicate but with personality. Able to please both novices and the most demanding palates. A Sicilian sweet wine with remarkable pleasantness.

Alcohol content: 11.5%

Food pairings: Dry biscuits, cream pastries, goat's cheese.
