How to cook
In a saucepan: simmer in plenty of boiling salted water for 4 minutes, turning them gently. For induction cookers, cook for 3 minutes. Drain and season with a sauce of your choice.
In a steamer: cook for 5/6 minutes, drain and season with sauce to taste.
Fried: cook in hot oil for 1/2 minutes, drain and season with sauce to taste.
