Caravaglio Malvasia Infatata is a white wine made from 100% Malvasia delle Lipari grapes that come from a single vineyard, named Tricoli, which gets its name from the triangular shape of the plot. 

The grapes grow on the sandy, volcanic soils of Salina Island.

 

Grape variety: 100% Malvasia.

 

Aging: steel barrels

 

Hints: white flowers (jasmine), fruit (apple, grapefruit), herbs

 

Food pairings: white meats, spaghetti allo scoglio, seafood

 

Alcohol content: 13 % vol.
