Cantina Castiadas Sarapis Extrabrut, a sparkling wine made according to the classic method from a careful selection of grapes grown in the cool highlands of south-eastern Sardinia, ideal for a perfect balance of acidity and aromas. Visually it is luminous, with fine perlage, and on the nose it expresses fine and elegant aromas: fruit, bread crust, Mediterranean scrub and flowers. On the palate it is fresh and fragrant, round, with the savouriness perfectly balanced against the softness. A very elegant bubble.

Origin: Sarrabus (south-eastern Sardinia), at sea level. Low espalier training.
Food pairings: Perfect with dishes with unctuous character, such as fried seafood. Perfect from appetisers to first courses, including white meats.
