Bottega Red Fragolino is a sparkling wine with a distinctive strawberry aroma, produced by the renowned Italian winery Bottega. It is made from selected, fresh grapes, which undergo a gentle pressing to extract only the purest juice. Next, the juice is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the original flavour of strawberries. The result is a fresh, light wine that has hints of wild strawberries and berries on the nose, with a hint of balanced sweetness and a slight effervescence.
