An excellent example of a Charmat method sparkling red wine made from red grapes. Sparkling wine made from one of Lombardy's most typical red grape varieties. Smooth, vinous, and very intense, this sparkling red wine is ideal for pairing with food. 

Alcohol content: 14.5%

Food pairings: Cold cuts, aged cheeses, grilled red meats.
