Ulysses Birrificio dell'Etna beer is a bottle-fermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized craft American Pale Ale, characterized by the addition of Sicilian Lemons.

Characterized by hints of citrus and tropical fruit, it is excellent with seafood salads, orange salad, fried seafood, shellfish, crustaceans, arancini, panelle, cured meats and fresh or semi-seasoned cheeses. Also ideal for not very structured main courses of white meat or fish.
