With hints of fruit, citrus, honey and spice, Kallyope Birrificio dell'Etna beer is a bottle-refermented, unfiltered and unpasteurized craft blonde ale characterized by the addition of Italian ginger. 
Also characterized by a delicate aroma of cereal and bread crust that slowly gives way to floral notes of ripe fruit and spicy ginger.
